Private International Law in Poland

We are excited to announce that EPIL@JU Coordinator Anna Wysocka-Bar together with dr Ewa Kamarad (Jagiellonian University) released a book titled Private International Law in Poland.

The book discusses all EU Regulations on PIL, but also these areas that are left to domestic legislator or covered by the enhanced cooperation, in which Poland decided not to participate (for example, law applicable to divorce or property regimes).
