The Academy of European Law (ERA) in Trier, Germany organized an online summer school on cross-border civil litigation, 28 June 2021 – 2 July 2021.

This course provided its participants with hands-on experience on cross-border civil litigation cases and the recent jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union. All relevant EU instruments in this field were presented and analysed, by way of both lectures and case studies. Participants could benefit from daily workshops where active participation was encouraged.
